Patrick Alejos is Vice President of Clinical Operations and brings more than three decades of clinical and operational leadership to HealthTronics. He joined the organization in 1991 after serving as an Operating Room Nurse Manager at Baptist Hospital in San Antonio. Since then, he has advanced through key leadership roles, including Director of Operations, Regional Director, and Vice President of Clinical Operations.
Patrick has built a reputation as a hands-on clinical leader who understands both the operating room and the executive space. He has led large clinical teams, managed complex equipment fleets, supported quality-assurance initiatives across urology, and served as project manager for business-critical initiatives. A published contributor to Seminars in Perioperative Nursing, Patrick holds a nursing degree from San Antonio College and is an active member of AORN and SUNA.
Oksana Bass is Vice President of Revenue Cycle & Payor Relations, bringing more than 20 years of healthcare leadership to her role. Since joining through acquisition in 2016, she has led end-to-end national health plan contracting, payor strategy, and full-scale revenue cycle operations. Her prior experience includes contract maximization at Endeavor Health (formerly ENH) and operations leadership as a multi-practice, multi-specialty clinic administrator.
Oksana earned her MBA from National Louis University and a bachelor’s degree in Finance and Information Decision Sciences from UIC. She is a certified Lean Six Sigma Healthcare Black Belt and an alumna of the MIT Executive Program in Negotiation and Influence. Oksana is dedicated to combining strategic relationship-building with rigorous process improvement to resolve complex challenges, optimize revenue, and elevate patient and customer satisfaction.
Clint joined HealthTronics in July 2009 and serves as Senior Vice President and General Counsel. He brings deep legal and healthcare business experience to the organization, including prior leadership as Senior Vice President, Legal Affairs and General Counsel of Endocare, Inc., a medical device company acquired by HealthTronics in 2009.
Earlier in his career, Clint practiced corporate and securities law with Morrison & Foerster LLP in San Diego, Troy & Gould LLP in Los Angeles, and Bingham Dana LLP in Boston. He earned his Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Classics from Rice University.
Laura is the Vice President of Business Operations, overseeing the business aspects of physician partnerships and ventures, including strategic planning, partner transactions and communications, and contracting. She joined HealthTronics in 2008 as Area Vice President and has since held roles focused on corporate strategy and managing physician-owned ventures.
Prior to HealthTronics, Laura served as VP of Corporate Development at BridgeCare Hospitals, a long-term acute care hospital start-up. She also held roles as Regional Director of Corporate Development at HealthSouth, attorney at Moore & Associates, CEO of an assisted living company, and a state health department accountant.
Laura has strong experience across business operations and strategy. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Auburn University and Juris Doctor from Jones School of Law.
Jose joined HealthTronics in April 2012 as Senior Director of Human Resources and was appointed Vice President of Human Resources in 2014. In 2021, his role expanded to Vice President of Human Resources and Corporate Services. Jose brings nearly 20 years of domestic and international human resources and consulting experience, with prior leadership roles at Advanced Micro Devices and Dell, as well as 12 years at Accenture supporting systems implementations and process improvement initiatives. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering from Texas A&M University.
David Soler is the Senior Vice President of Business Development & Marketing, with more than 20 years of leadership experience across healthcare, pharmaceuticals, and medical devices. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Puerto Rico and a Master’s Degree from the University of Phoenix. Before joining HealthTronics, David spent 10 years with Pfizer and more than a decade with Boston Scientific, holding leadership roles across the United States and multiple countries in Latin America to drive commercial growth.
Since joining HealthTronics in 2023, David has led business development, marketing, strategic partnerships, and new service line expansion to accelerate the company’s growth. He believes in servant leadership, collaboration, and creating value for physicians, health systems, and patients.
