Richard Rusk

Mr. Rusk was appointed Chief Financial Officer of HealthTronics in November 2009. Mr. Rusk joined HealthTronics in August 2000 as Corporate Controller and was named Vice President in June 2002. In June 2006, Mr. Rusk was named Treasurer and in September 2006, he also became the Company’s Secretary. Prior to joining HealthTronics, Mr. Rusk, a CPA, was with KPMG LLP for approximately seventeen years, the last ten as a Senior Audit Manager. Mr. Rusk holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Baylor University.
