In 2006, HealthTronics, Inc. founded ClariPath Laboratories, LLC, providing pathology services out of Augusta, GA.

In 2008, HealthTronics acquired Uropath, LLC. UroPath was founded in 2003, and by 2007 managed labs that processed over 400,000 specimens, serving more than 50 urology practices with over 450 physicians across 17 states.

In 2010, HealthTronics combined all laboratories as HealthTronics Laboratory Solutions to emphasize the company's capability to deliver improved patient care and innovative, compliant practice economics to physicians. HealthTronics continuously pursues the commitment to providing expertise in urology and pathology as we continue to set new service level standards within the industry.
